I can’t explain how my Power App saves an important record without reopening the AI chat
Canvas app makers cannot independently trace one important Save from screen and command through form or Patch to data source, stable key and read-back evidence without the original AI chat. A bounded ownership record leaves gaps visible for handover.

My AI-assissted Power App looks ready, but I don't know if I should start a pilot
AI-assisted canvas apps can look complete in the maker’s Studio session while the published Live version, non-maker access, data write-back and dependencies stay unchecked. A bounded pilot check reduces rework and lost trust.

I can use my canvas app, but I don't know if it will work for everyone else
A canvas app can work for its maker while learners, managers, approvers or admins hit different access, screens or saved data. A short role-based user test on the published version checks real tasks and results before a wider pilot.

I can open Power Apps, but I can’t tell if this Dataverse environment is ready for my app
Power Apps can open and Dataverse can appear while the active environment still lacks the database, System Customizer rights, licence entitlement or row privileges needed for a first safe write. Environment Maker alone does not enable table creation.

My Power Apps LMS says 100% complete, but I can’t prove what this person completed
A Power Apps LMS can show 100% complete without a traceable chain from learner identity and enrolment to course version, completion rule, saved result and first valid completion time. Reviewers need that chain when courses change or learners re-enrol.

My Power App is blocked by a DLP policy I didn’t know existed
Citizen builders design apps using SharePoint, Dataverse, or custom connectors, then hit DLP policy blocks they did not know applied to their environment. The connector mix violates tenant rules discovered only after the workflow is built. Redesign, admin escalation, or

AI changed my Power App and I can't tell what it touched
Power Apps AI ranges from approved Copilot suggestions to agents that build pages, tables and solutions. Canvas version history recovers canvas apps only. It does not show a full before-and-after, cover generative pages, or undo data, flows, connections or permissions.

I'm scared to publish changes to a Power App my team uses every day
Non-developer Power Apps makers delay fixes because every publish ships all unpublished changes to the live canvas app the team uses daily. Without a test copy or practiced restore habit, one bad publish breaks forms at lunchtime and freezes further improvements.

My users can't find the right SharePoint list item in my Power App gallery
Power Apps galleries over SharePoint often miss records due to delegation limits and formula mismatches. Users lose trust when search fails to find known items.

My approval updates in the app, but the flow is still waiting somewhere else
Power Apps and Power Automate approvals update separate records. Without a shared request ID and dedicated approval history table, the app can show approved while the flow remains pending.

My Power App works with a mouse, but keyboard and screen reader users get lost
Power Apps makers test with a mouse but keyboard and screen reader users still get lost. Focus order, labels, and control behavior break the workflow for assistive technology users.

I need to go from my first Power App to one my team can actually use
Non-developers using Power Apps often start with a generated app from SharePoint or Microsoft Lists. The next step requires learning Studio, data connections, galleries, forms, navigation, Power Fx, and reusable components to build something their team can rely on.

I picked SharePoint for my Power App and now I don't know if I should have used Dataverse
A builder starts with SharePoint lists for a Power App because they are familiar and included with Microsoft 365. As relationships, approvals, user-specific views, and reporting needs grow, the data source choice begins to affect licensing, performance, and stakeholder…

My Power App works, but everyone says it looks ugly
Power Apps makers build functional internal apps but receive feedback that the UI looks rough. Inconsistent spacing, dated controls, and unclear hierarchy reduce user trust and slow adoption even when the workflow works better than the old spreadsheet.

My app-to-flow Run parameters break every time I change the flow
Power Apps stores flow inputs, connections, and outputs in app metadata. Flow changes break .Run() calls with invalid arguments or missing outputs. Makers must remove and re-add flows or update formulas manually.
