Copilot built my flow, but I do not know how to prove it is safe to run
Copilot can draft a Power Automate flow quickly, but the maker still needs to prove the trigger, fields, connections, recipients, and first-run effects are safe before live use.

My flow misses SharePoint rows because Get items only returns part of the list
Power Automate Get items often returns only part of a SharePoint list due to the 100-item default, Top Count, pagination settings or the 5000-item threshold. Flows run green while missing rows, so reports, migrations and updates stay incomplete until retrieval is proven.

My approval request gets rejected and then just disappears
Finance teams using Power Automate approvals often lose visibility after a rejection. The decision is recorded but the source record, requester notification, and next action are not updated together, forcing status chasing and audit reconstruction.

I can't tell which Power Automate connector will cost me extra before I hit run
Power Automate makers cannot determine whether a connector, trigger, or sharing pattern will require premium licensing until after the flow is built. Connector tier, run context, user entitlements, and billing route are scattered across separate references, so the cost question…

I inherited a colleague's Power Automate flows and I'm afraid to touch them
Colleague leaves and their flows transfer to you with no documentation or context. Run history shows only recent executions, not purpose or dependencies. Inheritors cannot identify critical flows or safe edit points, so processes run unmaintained until failure forces panic fixes…

I can't prove a flow worked after the run history disappears
Power Automate stores flow run records for 28 days by default. When managers later ask for proof that an email was sent or a record updated, the run history is gone. Makers must add manual evidence capture steps to create lasting audit records outside the retention window.

I can't see where my Power Automate approval request stands
Power Automate approval requests scatter status across inbox, Teams, and run history. Project managers must manually check multiple locations to learn current approver, stage, due date, and outcome instead of consulting one SharePoint status register.

My flow does not trigger and I cannot tell whether Power Automate missed it
Power Automate makers see business events occur but find no corresponding flow runs. Without a trigger diagnostic routine, they cannot distinguish between disabled flows, broken registrations, trigger conditions, wrong sources, or permission issues.

I tested my Power Automate flow once, but I do not trust it live
Power Automate makers test flows once on a single clean item then must decide whether to switch the flow on against live SharePoint lists and real mailboxes. No staging environment, sample data, or agreed test criteria exist, so every additional test risks wrong updates,…

Automating onboarding across five apps is harder than the demos
Onboarding automation spans five Microsoft 365 apps and multiple owners with step dependencies. Single trigger-action flows miss hires, create silent errors, and leave HR running manual checklists alongside broken automation.

I need my Power Automate flows to keep working after the first test
Power Automate flows often succeed in the first test but fail when used in real team processes. The gap is a staged pathway from simple triggers to approvals, branching, monitoring, and troubleshooting habits.
