Microsoft says Windows 365 for Agents is now generally available inside Agent 365, giving computer-using agents managed Cloud PCs for enterprise workflows.
At Build 2026, Microsoft announced Windows 365 for Agents as generally available within Agent 365. The service gives agents secure, managed Cloud PCs so they can interact with apps, browsers and enterprise systems while remaining Entra ID-joined, Intune-managed and policy-enforced.
Power Automate builders are already being pulled from simple flows into agent-led automation, especially where processes still depend on desktop apps, browser sessions or legacy systems. This gives admins and makers a clearer route for UI-driven work, but it also means ownership, cost, monitoring and human approval need to be designed before agents touch real processes.
Analysis
Identify one desktop or browser process people want automated, then write down where a human must approve, what account the agent would use and how failures would be spotted.
