Power Automate saves completed DocuSign records to SharePoint

A recent practitioner walkthrough shows a Power Automate flow that starts when a DocuSign envelope is completed, retrieves the signed document with its certificate of completion, and creates one combined PDF in a SharePoint library. The pattern gives teams a single, searchable home for the completed agreement and its audit record.
Completed signatures often remain in the e-signature service while the operational team works from SharePoint. That split makes it harder to find the signed version, prove completion or hand the record to the next person.\n\nThis is a narrow automation with a useful boundary: only save a final envelope after the completed event, and keep the certificate with the document rather than treating a copied PDF as the whole record.
Analysis
Test this pattern with one non-sensitive agreement type. Decide the SharePoint library, retention label and file naming rule before connecting the DocuSign completed-envelope trigger.
