Power Automate removes its legacy maker chatbot tomorrow

Microsoft will remove the Power Virtual Agents help chatbot from every Power Automate maker-portal page on 9 September 2026. The lower-left chat entry point will disappear; the Help menu in the upper-right remains the supported route to guidance and support requests.
Some makers have built the chatbot into their troubleshooting habit, especially when a flow fails during a build. That habit is about to break even though the flow platform itself is not changing. The practical change is small, but it is easy to mistake a moved support route for a product failure when time is tight. Teams that support makers should point people to the Help menu before questions start arriving through informal channels.
Analysis
Open the maker portal today and make sure your team knows where the Help menu and support-request route are. Update any internal maker guide or screen recording that still points to the lower-left chatbot.
