This workshop is for non-technical managers, operators, consultants, and domain experts who can already get a useful result from AI, but cannot yet hand the recurring task to someone else without coaching, rework, or quiet risk. The course is not about saving a clever prompt. A recurring work task also includes source gathering, safe data handling, comparison, prompt inputs, AI-output checks, report or email formatting, and a human approval boundary. The learner builds one practical handoff pack that another capable person can attempt from written instructions. By the end, the learner will not have proof that the task works forever or that AI will produce identical results every time. They will have a documented procedure, a cover-test record or test plan, and an honest status: Keep, Revise, Do not delegate, or Not tested yet.
