Teams gathers meeting recaps in one searchable workspace

Microsoft’s July 29 Teams release notes describe a Recap app that brings a user’s past meeting recaps into one place. It includes filters, supports Audio Recap, and lets users revisit meetings from the previous 30 days.
Meeting notes, recordings, and recap links usually stay attached to individual chats or calendar entries. That makes a busy worker repeat the same hunt whenever they need a decision from a meeting they did not attend. A single recap surface shifts the task from remembering where a meeting happened to searching a recent work trail. The 30-day window is useful for weekly operating rhythms, but it is not an archive, so important decisions still need a durable home such as a team page or project record.
