Teams admin center adds preview reports for user-reported calling problems

Microsoft published documentation for a new preview feature that surfaces end-user reports on Teams calling inside the Teams Admin Center. Admins reach the reports at admin.teams.microsoft.com. The feature shows usage data and issues users have flagged themselves. It is limited to preview and requires Teams Admin Center access. No release date beyond preview status was stated.
Before this update, calling problems reached admins only through direct tickets or scattered user complaints. The new reports collect those complaints in one place but still require someone to review and act on them. For teams already stretched across permissions, sites, and intranet work, the addition creates another queue that must be monitored or ignored. The real change is not new data but the decision of whether that data is worth the time to watch.
Analysis
Ignore the preview until you can name the three users whose call quality actually affects the business. Then decide whether the reports are worth checking weekly or whether the effort belongs on the backlog.
