SharePoint sharing reports still cannot prove access is safe

Collab365 Spaces has published a new Blocker for SharePoint and Microsoft 365 admins reviewing external sharing links and guest access. It explains why reports can identify access signals but cannot prove whether a supplier link, guest account, or broad permission still has a valid business purpose.
SharePoint reports, Data Access Governance, and site access reviews can help an administrator find broad exposure or recent sharing activity. Before this Blocker, those tools could still leave a small IT team without the owner context and decision record needed to change access safely. The new Blocker separates technical evidence from business justification. That gives admins a safer route: review one site or small batch, ask the owner, escalate sensitive findings, and record whether access should be kept, restricted, investigated, or considered for removal.

Choose one SharePoint site or a deliberately small batch. Gather its sharing evidence, identify the responsible owner, and record a dated keep, restrict, investigate, or remove-candidate decision before changing access.
