SharePoint Lists can become lightweight working checklists

A SharePoint practitioner published a checklist pattern that combines Yes/No columns with collapsible sections in a List. It gives a team a simple working view of steps without needing a separate task system for every repeatable process.
Small teams often build a document to track recurring work, then lose visibility when several people update it at once. A List-based checklist makes the current state easier to scan and can keep the work close to the SharePoint site where the process already lives.\n\nIt is not a replacement for project management. It is a useful middle ground when the job is a stable set of checks, the team needs a visible status and the overhead of a full plan would slow people down.
Analysis
Pick one recurring handover or monthly check that still lives in a spreadsheet. Prototype it in a SharePoint List and test whether the columns show enough status without creating a new admin burden.
