ServiceNow partner adds AI oversight and identity services to existing deal

Inspira Enterprise expanded its ServiceNow agreement to include AI governance and identity management. The firm says it has already moved more than 50 AI agents onto ServiceNow's AI Control Tower. The update covers delivery support for identity and asset intelligence products. Contract details and customer rollout dates were not released. The move highlights rising demand for control layers around enterprise AI agents.
Until now most teams treated AI agents as an experiment that could be governed later. Governance arrived only after outputs started showing up in shared folders and inboxes. That sequence is shifting. Control features are being packaged and sold at the same time as the agents themselves. Teams that still rely on ad-hoc prompts and manual checks will find themselves managing risk after the fact rather than designing the workflow up front.
Analysis
Treat governance as a workflow design task, not a procurement checkbox. Write down who owns context, review criteria, and data boundaries for every recurring agent use before the next vendor call.
