Power Platform usage page highlights apps that drive adoption

Microsoft says the Power Platform admin center Usage page will show adoption trends and the resources driving the most value. The page includes top apps by user activity, top flows by run volume, and top agents by session count, with general availability listed for May 2026.
Many Power Apps teams still judge success by whether an app was shipped, not whether people actually use it after launch. This gives makers and admins a better starting point for portfolio decisions. It can help expose apps that need training, retirement, performance work, or a stronger business owner before the environment fills with low-value assets.
Analysis
Use the Usage page to pick three apps with high activity and three with weak activity. Compare ownership, support requests, and business process fit before deciding what to promote, repair, or retire.
