Power Platform inventory now shows connector use across apps, flows and agents

A public Message Center mirror for MC1331864 says Power Platform inventory now captures the connectors and connector operations used by each app, cloud flow and agent in a tenant. The functionality is rolling out in public preview from 2 June 2026, with global availability expected over the following weeks. This is an admin visibility change, not a new maker-side design feature inside Power Apps Studio.
A citizen builder can add a connector while building an app or flow and forget it exists. Admins now get a clearer inventory trail showing which connectors each asset depends on. That makes premium connectors, experimental AI steps and unexpected data paths easier to question later, especially when an app becomes more widely used than the builder expected.
Analysis
Open your current app or flow and write down every connector it uses before an admin asks. Remove anything experimental, then add one short note explaining why each remaining connector is required.
