Power BI Premium owners face a Fabric migration clock

Microsoft has stopped selling new Power BI Premium per-capacity P SKUs and directs affected customers to Fabric F SKUs as their agreements end. After a P SKU expires, Microsoft describes a 30-day grace period, throttling from day 31 and rejected operations from day 91 if workspaces are not migrated.
For a reporting lead, this is not just a procurement change. A capacity that becomes throttled or unavailable can turn a reporting issue into a wider business interruption, even when individual reports and datasets look healthy. The timeline depends on the customer’s agreement, and Power BI Pro and Premium Per User are not part of this retirement. That distinction matters because the right action is to identify the actual capacity behind critical workspaces, not to send a blanket warning to every report author.
Analysis
Ask your Power BI or licensing owner which workspaces still sit on P capacity and when the agreement ends. Put the capacity, workspace owner and migration decision into one short tracker before the grace period starts.
