Power BI flags portrait mobile embed rendering issue

Microsoft’s Fabric known-issues page lists an active issue in which some embedded Power BI reports may not render correctly in portrait mobile layouts. The entry was published on 10 August and modified on 11 August, so it remains an active issue rather than a release-note footnote.
A report can look correct in Power BI Desktop and in a desktop browser while the embedded version fails on the phone a frontline user actually carries. That creates a trust problem: readers may blame the data when the report frame or visual layout is what has broken. Because the issue is specifically about portrait mobile embeds, broad desktop regression checks will not catch it. Teams that share reports through an app, portal or customer-facing surface need a deliberate mobile check in their release routine.

Open your highest-used embedded report on a real phone in portrait orientation today; capture the exact embed path and affected visual if it fails, then add that path to your pre-release test list.
