That left adoption leads stuck between empty usage charts and pressure to invent financial ROI. What changed is official scaffolding that points value talk toward successful runs, assisted hours, calculated savings, and a short scorecard rhythm. The catch is unchanged: the calculator only multiplies the assumptions you type in, custom metrics sample sessions, readiness views look backward, and some dashboards need extra audit and identity setup. The story gets clearer. The proof still depends on honest inputs and real workflow quality.

Treat this as a trap to avoid if leadership wants automatic ROI, and as a trend to watch if you already have one repeatable agent or Copilot workflow worth measuring.
