Microsoft launches Agent 365 to manage Copilot agents
Microsoft has launched Agent 365 in general availability. This new service provides a central dashboard for Copilot agent inventory, permissions, behavior monitoring, and activity logs across Copilot Studio, Microsoft 365 Copilot, and partner applications. A new Analytics Viewer role now allows read-only access to agent analytics. The agent usage estimator has expanded to cover Dynamics 365 agents, helping predict costs and scale.
Before Agent 365, admins tracked custom Copilot agents in silos, with no unified view of permissions or usage.
