Loop gives offboarding work one shared checklist

A new practical walkthrough shows how a Loop page can hold a shared offboarding checklist with collapsible sections and task items for HR, IT and other handoffs. The pattern uses ordinary Loop components rather than a bespoke system.
Offboarding usually becomes a trail of private lists, forwarded emails and assumptions about who has completed the next task. That makes it harder for a manager or coordinator to see what is still open when the departure date is close. A shared checklist does not replace formal identity, records or security processes. It can give the people doing the coordination one live view of the work, while the sensitive actions still happen in the proper systems.
Analysis
For the next planned departure, prototype a Loop page with separate HR, IT and manager sections. Agree one owner per task and decide which status check will happen before access is removed.
