Company-wide Copilot prompts give adoption leads a playbook surface

Company-wide Copilot prompts give adoption leads a playbook surface

Microsoft says the Copilot Prompt Gallery now supports company-wide prompt publishing for Microsoft 365 Copilot. Admins can create prompt collections tailored to internal workflows and publish them across a tenant through the Microsoft 365 admin center.

Before this, many Copilot rollouts relied on static prompt PDFs, Teams posts, or training decks. Those assets are easy to ignore and harder to keep aligned when team standards change. Company-wide prompt publishing gives adoption leads a more practical place to put approved starting points. The useful shift is not that everyone gets more prompts; it is that teams can give users prompts tied to real workflows, language, and review rules.

Analysis
