ChatGPT Work analytics tie AI use to business outcomes

OpenAI says ChatGPT Work and Codex admins can use its Admin Console to examine usage, credits, task categories, model settings and supported tools. The product guidance positions those measures as a starting point for a business owner to compare a real workflow's time, quality and cost against a baseline. Its ROI example is illustrative rather than a customer result.
An adoption dashboard can show that people are active without proving that a team is better off. Usage and spend are useful signals for where to look, but they do not reveal whether a faster output still needs rework or whether saved time creates any worthwhile capacity. The stronger rollout loop joins an admin's activity data to a business owner's evidence about one task. That makes it easier to stop funding broad enthusiasm and decide whether to expand, retrain or redesign a workflow.

Choose one frequent AI-assisted task and record its current time, quality check and cost before reviewing the same measures after a defined trial period.
