Anthropic packs Claude with 43 small-business workflows and 27 app links

On 15 September 2026, Anthropic expanded Claude for Small Business inside Claude Cowork to 43 ready-to-run workflows and added 27 integrations. The connectors now include Stripe, Shopify, Zapier, Xero, Square, Gusto, Salesforce, Atlassian, Zoom, and TikTok. The product first launched in May 2026 and has passed 900,000 installations. New workflow themes cover lead response, proposals, social content, Monday briefs, and month-end close. Human approval stays the default before anything is sent, posted, or paid. Anthropic also announced free workshops across 10 US cities and partner webinars from 25 September, backed by more than 150 trained organisations planning over 750 community sessions. Access sits on paid Claude plans, with Team recommended for multi-person use.
Six months ago Claude for Small Business was mostly a back-office helper: tidy files, draft internal notes, close the books if you fed it the right context. Solo product founders still stitched growth work together with one-off prompts, scattered support replies, and separate tools for billing and content. The update pulls growth tasks into the same surface as ops, and ties them to tools many tiny SaaS and info-product businesses already pay for. That does not magically fix weak offers or empty audiences. It does mean lead triage, content drafts, and month-end can live next to Stripe and Zapier with an approval gate, which is a different maintenance profile from building another custom agent stack from scratch.
Analysis
Treat this as a bottleneck test, not a platform migration. Pick one workflow that already touches revenue or ops drag you feel weekly, such as lead response or month-end close with Stripe or Xero connected, run it once with approval required, and keep it only if the output is sharper than your current prompt chain without adding another dashboard to babysit.
