Agent Builder now has an admin-reviewed path to the Agent Store

Microsoft says agents built in Agent Builder can now be submitted to an organization catalog for admin review. After approval in the Microsoft 365 admin center, the agent appears in the Agent Store under Built by your org.
Before this, a useful agent could stay trapped as a personal experiment or be shared informally with a few people. That made it hard for adoption leads to separate a safe team tool from a clever one-off build. The new submission path creates a clearer handoff between makers and admins. It gives non-developer champions a route to scale useful agents while forcing the right questions about owner, audience, data sources, permissions, and update control.
Analysis
Create a lightweight agent intake checklist before encouraging makers to submit anything. Ask for owner, intended users, knowledge sources, permissions, test users, and the review rule for generated output.
