Happy customers do not automatically become useful social proof. A founder notices a customer win, thinks "I should ask for a quote", then delays because the wording feels awkward and the timing feels risky. This course gives you a small workflow for that moment. You will create a Google Sheets milestone queue, add a clear approval gate, build a Zapier Zap that watches a fresh trigger-stamp value on approved rows, create a Gmail draft from a respectful request template, stamp the original row for review, and log a simulated reply outcome. The workflow is intentionally conservative. It does not auto-send requests, auto-publish testimonials, chase customers, or promise conversion lift. It helps you move from "I should ask someday" to a reviewed draft you can send, edit, or hold. By the end, you will have a tested Zapier workflow that turns one safe customer milestone row into a Gmail draft and records the review or reply status in your sheet.
