A sync ticket can look simple until the same library comes back again and again. One user says OneDrive is stuck. Another says files are missing in File Explorer. The library owner says nothing changed. The admin is left deciding whether to reset the client, coach a safer sync habit, inspect the library design, ask for owner cleanup, or escalate. This course gives you a small triage workflow for one SharePoint or OneDrive sync complaint. You will create a safe triage record, capture the symptom and scope, separate support signals from library-design signals, ask the owner the right questions, and close with a next action that does not overclaim what the evidence proves. The proof boundary is narrow on purpose: this course does not guarantee a sync performance fix, replace Microsoft support troubleshooting, or redesign a whole library. It helps you classify one case and document the next safe action.
