A practical lifecycle cleanup course for small Microsoft 365 admin teams who need to reduce Teams sprawl without breaking active collaboration. You will build a 20-workspace cleanup board, collect owner/activity/guest/channel-site signals, classify each workspace into a safe next action, draft owner attestation messages, create archive decision records for owner-confirmed archive candidates, and set a monthly review rhythm. The course starts with manual/CSV inputs so it still works when SharePoint Advanced Management, Microsoft 365 Archive, or specific reports are not available in the tenant. This course does not authorise automatic deletion, legal records disposition, retention changes, guest removal, permission changes, or tenant-wide lifecycle automation. It teaches a low-drama review workflow: record evidence first, ask owners before irreversible actions, document archive decisions before workspace changes, and keep private/shared channel sites and retention/legal caveats visible.
