Build a SharePoint Copilot Readiness Evidence Pack

When leadership asks whether SharePoint is ready for Copilot, a raw report is not enough and a confident yes/no can be dangerous. Readiness evidence usually spans permissions, oversharing signals, site ownership, content quality, search-scope decisions, licensing/report availability, and unfinished owner remediation. This course gives you a practical way to turn available SharePoint and Microsoft 365 readiness signals into a leadership-ready evidence pack. You will set up the evidence pack and access check, scope the readiness question, collect the minimum useful evidence, translate each signal into a plain-English claim and caveat, build an owner/admin action plan, and finish with unresolved assumptions and a safe leadership summary. The boundary is deliberate: this course does not certify Copilot readiness, complete tenant-wide remediation, provide legal or compliance assurance, or guarantee Copilot answer quality, adoption, or ROI. It helps admins explain what was checked, what it proves, what it does not prove, and what action comes next.
