Power Automate flows can pass the first test and still become hard to trust later. A trigger may not fire. Run history may be gone by the time someone asks what happened. A maker can end up stuck between two awkward questions: did Power Automate miss the event, or did the evidence disappear before anyone knew they needed it? This course gives the learner one practical response to those moments: build a Flow Evidence Pack before changing the live flow. The learner will use one real flow, or a safe copy of one, and create a working evidence pack that records the source event, visible run-history evidence, trigger or action status, sample outputs, data shape, failure classification, controlled tests, and a durable proof-log recommendation. ## Who This Is For This course is for Microsoft 365 power users, operations leads, HR/admin coordinators, finance users, project managers, and team owners who can open a cloud flow and inspect its run history, but cannot yet prove what happened when the flow behaves strangely. It assumes the learner can identify the business event the flow is meant to respond to and has permission to view or test the relevant flow. It does not assume developer knowledge, tenant admin rights, PowerShell, custom connectors, premium governance tools, or enterprise monitoring. ## Final Artifact By the end, the learner will have a completed `Flow Evidence Pack - [Flow Name] - [Date]` for one flow, including: * a source-event proof sheet * a run-history capture checklist * a data-shape and dynamic-content map * a failure classification table * a controlled test matrix * a fix-or-escalate note * a proof-log starter recommendation * a final proof boundary ## Proof Boundary This course proves that the learner has gathered and organized the evidence available to them, run controlled tests where safe, and made a reasoned next-move recommendation. It does not guarantee future flow reliability, recover deleted run history, prove tenant-wide compliance, resolve Microsoft service incidents, or replace an admin investigation where the learner lacks access. ## Lesson Path 1.
