This practical course helps individual Microsoft 365 users make Copilot useful in ordinary weekly work. Learners do not just watch app demos. They build a reusable Personal Copilot Playbook for email, documents, spreadsheets, slides, notes, research, visuals, privacy decisions, and weekly planning. Built for Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, Premium, or free Copilot users. If your Copilot comes from a work or school licence managed by IT, the prompt and review skills transfer, but plan, privacy, and data answers differ: see the transferability note in Lesson 11 and your organisation's policy. The course is positioned for people using or considering Microsoft 365 Personal, Family, or Premium, while explaining which skills transfer to business Microsoft 365 Copilot environments. It avoids stale Copilot Pro positioning and focuses on durable workflows: ask clearly, review carefully, save what works, and repeat it next week. ### How The Playbook Comes Together This course builds one reusable artifact: **My Personal Copilot Playbook**. Each lesson adds one page, card, rule, or tested example. | Playbook section | Built in lesson | What gets saved | | ------------------------------------------------------------- | -------------------- | ------------------------------------------------------------------------------ | | Access and Limits | Lessons 1 and 11 | Access snapshot, limits decision tree, upgrade notes, transferability note | | Prompt Formula | Lesson 2 | Personal prompt formula and starter prompts | | Review Rules | Lessons 3, 10 and 11 | Review-before-trusting checklist, facts-vs-suggestions rule, privacy checklist | | Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Designer, Research | Lessons 4-10 | One prompt card and one tested example per workflow | | Weekly Routine | Lesson 12 | Normal-week routine, busy-week version, Friday review prompt | | Tested Examples | Lessons 4-13 | The outputs worth reusing, plus notes on what needed manual checking | The Course Preview PowerPoint is optional. Use it if you want a quick skim of the course shape before starting, but the real working artifact is the Playbook you build through the lessons. By the final lesson, the Playbook should be something you can open at the start of a normal week and use within two minutes. If a page does not help you do that, it should be parked, simplified, or deleted.
