You have been asked to show Copilot in a meeting and you do not want to discover the limits of the file, prompt, or permissions while everyone is watching. This course helps you rehearse one real Copilot moment in private before you decide what to show live.  You will use the editable PowerPoint Copilot Meeting Rehearsal Pack throughout the course. Each lesson completes one slide section: the demo moment, source pack, prompt cards, rehearsal log, Go/No-Go decision, and meeting script. This course does not promise that Copilot will behave perfectly. It helps you find out what is safe to show, what needs human framing, and when to avoid a live demo. You leave with tested prompts, a checked source pack, and a calm fallback summary you can use if Copilot underperforms.

Who it’s for

Microsoft 365 users, champions, team leads, and managers who are expected to show Copilot in meetings but worry that live demos will fail on the actual file, expose a permissions issue, or produce an answer they cannot defend.

What you’ll need

You have access to at least one Copilot surface, such as Copilot Chat, Microsoft 365 Copilot, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, Outlook, or the Microsoft 365 Copilot app.
You have one upcoming meeting where someone might expect you to show or explain Copilot.
You can locate and open the real file or files you expect to reference during that meeting.
