You have been asked to help colleagues with Copilot, but you have never trained adults before. This course teaches the basic shape of a useful peer-learning moment: one outcome, a short explanation, a safe example, practice, review, honest question handling, and a confidence check. You will use Copilot as a planning assistant, then rehearse the human parts out loud. By the end, you will have a one-page Trainer Prep Note and the core scripts you need before building a full lunch-and-learn. When your prep note is done, the follow-on course Run Your First Copilot Lunch-and-Learn turns it into a timed 45-minute session kit.
