Copilot can sound confident while quietly leaning on the wrong SharePoint file. An old policy, a duplicate template, or a mystery “FINAL” document can turn a useful answer into something your team has to unwind later. In this course, you will take one real SharePoint folder and one real Copilot question, then build a practical **Source Readiness Pack** around it. You will spot stale or duplicate files, identify the current source, add owner/review cues where you can, test Copilot against expected facts, and create a short manager-ready summary. There are two ways through: a 45-minute quick path for busy learners who need a visible win today, and a fuller cleanup path for team owners who can review or request file changes. If you cannot rename, archive, or edit files yourself, the course still works: your output becomes a clear owner request and evidence pack. The promise is intentionally narrow. You will make one Copilot answer safer to inspect. You will not guarantee that Copilot always chooses the newest file, certify compliance, or replace SharePoint governance.
