This workshop helps Microsoft 365 Copilot champions, admins, department power users, and team leads turn one real workflow into a reviewed proof package. It is for you if you already have some Copilot access, a team asking for useful examples, and a manager or colleague who needs to see what changed in real work. It is not a generic Copilot training course, a prompt library, a Copilot Studio build, or an ROI dashboard course. You will use the downloadable Copilot Proof Package Template Pack as your working file. Across the lessons, you will choose one repeatable workflow, gather approved source material, check Copilot access and fallback options, run one bounded Copilot attempt, review the output, record limitations, and package a before-and-after story that a manager and one colleague can understand. The course keeps proof honest. The final artifact shows one safe, repeatable example. It does not claim tenant-wide ROI, licence-renewal value, compliance approval, or that Copilot can replace human review.
