Build one bounded policy FAQ agent instead of staying the human FAQ in Teams. You will start with the access and licence checks that usually stall this work, choose one approved SharePoint policy library, collect real repeated questions, build a custom SharePoint agent, test it against known answers, get policy-owner sign-off, and share it to one pilot Teams audience. The course is deliberately narrow: one agent, one approved source, one pilot audience. It does not create tenant-wide governance, custom code, multi-agent logic, or HR judgement answers. Related but different: the daily SharePoint summary agent covers push updates from changing SharePoint content into Teams. The post-publish reliability problem covers agents that already exist and fail after launch. This course owns the first pull/FAQ build: repeated policy questions, one source, test evidence, sign-off, and a pilot.
