If leadership has told you to move the month-end Excel pack to Power BI, the risky part is not opening Power BI Desktop. The risky part is proving the new numbers against the pack everyone already trusts. This course helps an Excel-strong reporting owner migrate one safe slice of a live month-end pack. You will inventory the hidden rules, pick the lowest-risk first slice, rebuild that slice in Power BI using a working copy, run old and new side by side for one cycle, explain every variance, and ask for a limited cutover sign-off. This is the migration programme for an established pack under mandate. It is different from the first Power BI report course, which starts from a beginner build. It is different from the Monday report course, which focuses on weekly refresh and handover. It treats `Find Why a Power BI Total Does Not Match Excel` as a companion for deep mismatch diagnosis during the parallel run. Proof boundary: the course proves one reconciled slice and a safer repeatable method. It does not promise the full pack is migrated, that source systems are fixed, that Fabric architecture decisions are settled, or that leadership will approve every future slice.
