A Teams recap can make a meeting look finished while the real actions are still unclear. This course turns one meeting into a checked handoff pack: sources reviewed, candidate actions captured, owners confirmed, safe task details routed to the right place, and a next review set.  You will follow a completed customer-onboarding example and then apply the same routine to one real or sample meeting. This course treats AI notes, recaps, and transcripts as evidence to inspect, not truth to copy. It does not automate task assignment, prove AI completeness, or guarantee team adoption without a real review habit.
