Microsoft 365 can feel like a cupboard full of useful tools with no labels. A file can live in OneDrive, SharePoint, Teams, or an email attachment. A task can sit in To Do, Planner, Loop, Lists, a meeting note, or someone's memory. A repeated request might need Forms, Lists, Planner, Power Automate, or nothing more than a clearer habit. AI and Copilot add another layer: sometimes they help, sometimes they create risk, and sometimes they are the wrong answer entirely. This course gives non-technical users a plain-English map of the core Microsoft 365 apps, then turns that map into a practical decision process. It covers the common choices around files, tasks, notes, meetings, communication, lists, forms, reporting, automation, approvals, Copilot/AI, and when to ask IT or an admin before going further. By the end, learners will have a Microsoft 365 Decision Map and a set of routed examples from their real work. The course stays out of tenant setup, governance, and deep feature training. It helps normal users make better everyday choices with the tools their company already provides.
