Microsoft 365 can capture tasks almost anywhere: Outlook flags, To Do lists, Planner cards, Loop task lists, Teams chats, and meeting notes. That flexibility is useful until every surface becomes another place to check. This course gives you a simple routing system. You will collect ten real commitments, sort them by task type, decide where each one belongs, and build a weekly review checklist that separates personal work, shared work, meeting actions, delegated items, waiting-for items, and reference notes. The goal is not to force everything into one app. It is to make the review habit trustworthy. You will use the Microsoft 365 tools your organisation already has, avoid admin-heavy setup, and stay inside honest tool boundaries. By the end, you will have a finished task routing map and a weekly review checklist tested against real work from your own week.
