Build a practical Outlook triage routine for the personal inbox. Learners check whether they are using new Outlook for Windows, Outlook on the web, Outlook for Mac, or classic Outlook; decide whether Microsoft 365 Copilot belongs in the routine; practise a four-decision pass; set up a small folder or category structure; add safe rules and optional automation only where available; run one timed morning triage; and leave with a one page routine card plus a five day adherence log. This course is distinct from the shared mailbox triage course, which handles team-owned mailbox queues, and the Outlook search course, which handles finding known messages.
