SharePoint forms now trigger Power Automate flows on submission

Microsoft adds 'When a form is submitted' trigger to Power Automate for SharePoint list forms, file uploads, and document generation. Includes 'Get form metadata' action. Preview May 2026, general availability June 2026 via web. Replaces list triggers and extraction steps but risks preview instability.
