Set Up A One-Week Meeting Triage Pack
Use AI as a patient setup companion while you audit meetings, protect focus blocks, and prepare safe calendar response scripts.
Use this brief to create the first safe version yourself, or paste the handoff into ChatGPT, Claude, Codex, Cursor, or another builder.

You will create
A guided setup packet for a Microsoft 365 worker that takes one previous/current week, one upcoming Outlook/Teams week, meeting details, access notes, and draft response wording, then creates a completed Meeting Triage Pack with an audit table, five meeting decisions, focus/buffer plan, three scripts, final change log, and final status label.

What you are building
A guided setup packet for a Microsoft 365 worker that takes one previous/current week, one upcoming Outlook/Teams week, meeting details, access notes, and draft response wording, then creates a completed Meeting Triage Pack with an audit table, five meeting decisions, focus/buffer plan, three scripts, final change log, and final status label.
Who it helps
A meeting-heavy Microsoft 365 coordinator, project lead, team administrator, or knowledge worker who can edit at least part of their own calendar but cannot change company-wide meeting culture.
Problem it removes
The parent Problem is: My Teams meetings are back-to-back, so I have no time to do the work. The painful moment is a full Outlook/Teams calendar with no safe rule for deciding what to attend, shorten, delegate, move async, request an agenda for, or protect from interruption.
V1 proof
Pass if the member can show one Meeting Triage Pack with setup status, at least 10 audited meetings or a documented smaller sample, five decision records with reasons and risks, two focus/buffer changes or fallbacks, three labelled response scripts, and a final status of Ready to run, Needs manager check, Feature-limited but usable, or Blocked.

Set Up A One-Week Meeting Triage Pack
Why this exists
The course teaches the workflow; this Blueprint turns the workflow into an AI-assisted setup session where the member receives one small, safe action at a time and ends with the artifact they can actually use.
Not in V1
No coded app, calendar import, automatic sending, Graph integration, admin policy setup, analytics dashboard, or team-wide meeting reform.
Naming note
The title names the member's useful end state rather than the internal production route. This is a setup Blueprint derived from the course Build a Meeting Triage Calendar in Outlook and Teams.
Build Guide
Open one section at a time, then copy the part you need.
Product Intent
Defines the course-derived setup artifact, parent pain, MVP job, proof, and exclusions.
