You will create
We are building the Questionnaire Answer Library, a self-hosted, single-owner web app in which a founder of a 1-5 person business imports their eight-column answer bank spreadsheet, pastes in each new security questionnaire's questions, reviews the matched answers from their own library with stale ones flagged, and exports a founder-approved CSV or XLSX answer sheet, so repeat security questionnaires, insurance forms, and client checks stop restarting from scratch.

What you are building
We are building the Questionnaire Answer Library, a self-hosted, single-owner web app in which a founder of a 1-5 person business imports their eight-column answer bank spreadsheet, pastes in each new security questionnaire's questions, reviews the matched answers from their own library with stale ones flagged, and exports a founder-approved CSV or XLSX answer sheet, so repeat security questionnaires, insurance forms, and client checks stop restarting from scratch.
Who it helps
The founder or owner of a 1-5 person business (roughly $50K-$1M revenue) with no IT or security team, who handles every security questionnaire, insurance form, and client security check personally. They are fluent in spreadsheets and everyday office tools and beginner to early-intermediate in security. The builder is an AI coding agent following this Blueprint, with the founder (or a Collab365 Space member) reviewing at the four defined human gates. All UI copy must use the founder's plain vocabulary: 'security questionnaire', 'insurance form', 'the answers from last time', 'out of date', 'backup', 'MFA'. Never use 'SIEM', 'SOC', 'ISMS', 'GRC', or 'zero trust' anywhere in the interface.
Problem it removes
The founder has already answered at least one security questionnaire and built a manual answer bank spreadsheet (eight columns: ID, Family, Standard question, Our answer, Pattern, Evidence file, Last verified, Notes). But every new request still costs hours, because the manual system depends on discipline nothing enforces: stale rows are invisible, nothing matches a new form's questions against stored answers, and nothing assembles an export. The rebuilt answers drift away from what the business actually does, which is a credibility and misrepresentation risk.
V1 proof
A running self-hosted Questionnaire Answer Library loaded with the builder's real answer bank, demonstrated by answering one real repeat request end to end (questions in, matches reviewed, stale rows re-verified or overridden with reasons, approved answers exported) in under 2 hours, with every exported answer carrying a current Last verified date or a logged override.

Why this exists
The commercial category that solves answer reuse is priced for funded vendors, verified live on 10 June 2026. Conveyor's Free tier is $0/year but capped at 10 trust-center credits per month, up to 15 documents and 15 Q&As, with no questionnaire automation or integrations; Conveyor Professional starts at a published $9,600/year. Vendict's live pricing pages are quote-based with no public dollar figures. SafeBase's pricing URL now redirects to Drata's plans page, which lists editions with no public dollar figures. The cheapest published tier found anywhere in the category with questionnaire automation is 1up's Starter plan at a verified $300/month billed monthly (about $255/month with the 15 percent annual discount). No published tier under $50/month was found anywhere in the category. That absence is evidence context for why this Blueprint exists; it is not proof that a paid micro-tier would sell.
Not in V1
Multi-tenant SaaS, billing, accounts for more than one business or user; public trust-center pages or any client-facing surface; browser extensions or portal autofill; DOCX or PDF parsing; AI auto-answering without per-answer founder approval; Slack, Salesforce, DocuSign, or any other integrations; ISO 27001 or SOC 2 certification workflows; email notifications; any marketing, pricing, or sales assets for a commercial version.
Naming note
Provisional working title for a self-hosted internal tool. No domain, trademark, or competitor name check has been done, and none is needed unless Gate 4 demand evidence ever justifies a commercial version; re-check naming availability at that point.

Product Intent
Internal company tool for one founder-owned business. Verified market evidence (10 June 2026): cheapest published automation tier is 1up Starter at $300/month billed monthly; no published tier under $50/month exists. Proof boundary: the sub-$50/month gap is a synthesis, not proven demand.
