Defines a single-library SharePoint agent pilot. Records source scope, cite-or-decline instructions, known-answer test log, policy-owner sign-off, and a Teams launch message with monthly review.
Build one internal policy FAQ agent that reduces repeated Teams questions by answering from one named SharePoint policy source with citations.
The intended user is a Microsoft 365 adoption champion, SharePoint site owner with edit permissions, or informal policy FAQ volunteer at a 50-1000 person company where Copilot licensing or pay-as-you-go billing is in place or being evaluated.
The input is: one approved SharePoint policy library or selected set of policy files, 10 to 20 real repeated Teams questions with known correct answers, and a policy owner willing to sign off before the agent goes live.
The output artifact is: a custom SharePoint agent (stored as a .agent file in the source site), tested against the question log, signed off by the policy owner, and shared to one named internal Teams channel or group.
The first success test: the agent correctly answers the logged test questions with citations to the source documents, declines questions the source cannot answer, and is accessible to pilot users in the named Teams channel after policy-owner sign-off is recorded.

Proof boundary: this proves the agent answers logged questions with citations on the named pilot audience. It does not prove organisation-wide question deflection, measurable time savings at scale, or fitness for judgement-based HR or legal answers.
