Blueprint · SharePoint & Teams Admins
Microsoft Lists board tracks intranet page owners, review dates, stale content, employee questions, and overdue actions with Power Automate reminders and Teams digests.
V1 builds a Microsoft Lists/SharePoint Lists ownership board for SharePoint intranet admins who launched an intranet but do not have a reliable operating rhythm for keeping pages useful. It takes a priority page inventory, owner assignments, review cadence, employee questions, and stale-content signals. It creates owner follow-up queues, due/overdue review views, decision logs, Teams digests, and exportable evidence of what needs action.
The painful moment is when employees ask repeated questions or find stale pages, and IT is blamed for content that belongs to departments or communications owners. The board makes page accountability visible without pretending IT can judge every page's business truth.
First success test: an admin imports 20 priority pages, marks missing owners, schedules review dates, receives one employee question, sends owner reminders, records an owner decision, posts a weekly digest, and exports a decision log.
Proof boundary: the board proves ownership and review work is tracked. It does not prove content accuracy, legal approval, employee adoption, or Microsoft 365 Copilot answer improvement.
