Blueprint · Microsoft 365 Report Builders
A macro-free .xlsx workbook records pack inventory, migration slices, reconciliation evidence, and stakeholder sign-offs. Formula-driven gates block approval while open variances remain.
V1 builds a macro-free Excel workbook template for one pack owner who has been asked to migrate a month-end Excel reporting pack to Power BI. It takes the current pack inventory, target migration slices, old-versus-new reconciliation rows, and stakeholder decisions. It creates a visible plan that says what moves, what stays, what is hybrid, which variances remain open, and whether each slice can be signed off.
The first success test is simple: the sample workbook shows one slice blocked because it has an open variance, then becomes sign-off ready when that variance is changed to fixed or accepted.
Proof boundary: the workbook proves the migration plan is documented and gate-checked. It does not prove Power BI matches the Excel pack, that the SharePoint library is correctly governed, or that leadership accepts cutover.
