Project Draft-and-Approve Weekly Update Automation for Your Team

V1 builds a no-code weekly update automation for one team lead. It takes either a weekly tracker export or a weekly schedule, creates an AI-written draft from a stored instruction block, sends that draft to a private approval place, and posts to the team destination only after the named owner explicitly approves.

The painful moment from the parent Problem is the gap between a useful chat-based AI draft and an unsafe automation attempt. The owner trusts the chat workflow, but duplicate triggers, unreadable errors, and no approval gate made the automation feel riskier than copy-paste.

The first success test is deliberately small: use the sample tracker export, create one private draft, prove the team destination receives nothing without approval, approve as the named owner, post exactly once, suppress a duplicate trigger, and force a failure that produces a readable alert and failed run-log row.

The proof boundary is one deliverable, one team, one selected platform, one approval owner, and one live weekly cycle. The Blueprint does not claim time saved, general automation competence, production-scale reliability, safe client-facing sends, or feature availability in any specific account until checked.

Autonomous posting without approval is permanently out of scope. The build may automate draft creation and approved posting, but it must never skip the human gate.
