Build a Copilot Adoption Sprint Tracker in Microsoft Lists

Build a maker-ready Microsoft Lists configuration for a 30-day Microsoft 365 Copilot adoption sprint. The intended user is a Microsoft 365 adoption lead, team lead, or informal Copilot champion at a 50-1000 person company who has SharePoint site access and needs a visible operating record for their pilot.

The input is pilot team names, sprint dates, participant names, session plans, and captured win evidence. The output artifact is three configured Microsoft Lists in one existing SharePoint team site, plus a sponsor-facing Scorecard view the adoption lead can share without granting edit access or making ROI claims.

The first success test is practical: the adoption lead can open the three lists, see current participants and sessions, verify one win, and send the sponsor a scorecard link that shows honest sprint evidence.

The product deliberately separates operating evidence from business outcomes. Sprint Participants tracks scope and engagement status. Sprint Sessions tracks planned and delivered adoption activity. Sprint Wins tracks proof examples and manual weekly sponsor summary rows. The sponsor-facing Scorecard is a saved public view on Sprint Wins; it is not an automated cross-list report.

Proof boundary: this proves the sprint is tracked and the sponsor scorecard is honest and shareable. It does not prove Copilot usage increased, time was saved, licences are justified, or adoption behaviour changed. Copilot usage reports available through the Microsoft 365 admin center show activity and query counts, not validated business ROI; do not use usage metrics as ROI evidence inside or alongside this tracker.
