Microsoft lets admins prioritise trusted SharePoint sites in Copilot
Microsoft adds a setting in the Microsoft 365 admin center for admins to mark specific SharePoint Online sites as authoritative. This elevates their content in Copilot responses across apps, prioritizing trusted internal sources over external web results and outdated sites. Rollout starts April 2026.
