Microsoft launches Copilot Cowork to run multi-step tasks across Office apps

Microsoft released Copilot Cowork for M365 Copilot Frontier preview users. The AI agent plans and executes multi-step tasks across Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and OneDrive, such as emailing, scheduling, document creation, and file research. It uses Claude and Microsoft skills with user approvals for sensitive actions.
