CLI for Microsoft 365 adds commands to create SharePoint AI agents

CLI for Microsoft 365 v11.6 introduces 'spo agent add' to create SharePoint AI agents from command line. Includes 'spo tenant site get' for multi-tenant site data and 'spo site accessrequest setting set' for policy config. Enables scripting over manual web UI, reducing setup from hours to minutes across sites and tenants.
