The SharePoint Storage Review Board exists to make the admin's storage answer defensible. It is not a generic tracker. Every row represents one large SharePoint site under review because tenant storage is near quota or leadership has questioned extra storage spend.
The list preserves what the storage looked like when the row was entered, who decided what to do with that site, and what happened after execution or verification.
The leadership artifact is the Reclaim summary view, not a custom dashboard. The admin can export the list to Excel or CSV when leadership needs a static copy.
